Painter Ian McCulloch RSA has worked extensively in wood and lino cutting to produce a large body of work with Peacock. Taking subjects as diverse as religion, mythology and patriotism Ian's bold narrative prints, often executed solely in black and white, run on a parallel to his colourful figurative paintings on the same subject.
Cutting into such diverse materials as aged table tops and discarded bread boards, McCulloch produced an exhibition of 50 works which toured from Peacock in 1995.
