Ade Adesina, born in Nigeria in 1980, is currently a full time artist based in Aberdeen, Scotland. He studied printmaking at Gray's School of Art, Aberdeen. He is a Royal Scottish Academician, member of the Royal Glasgow Institute of The Fine Art, The London Group and Associate Member of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers. He is a Past Artist in Residence at Eton College & Glasgow Print Studio.
Ade's work is a visual commentary around the ideas of ecology and our ever-changing world. He is a traditional printmaker, painter and sculptor. The artist combines cultures, producing work that makes people reflect on the past, present and the future.
