Toby Paterson’s screen print ‘Array’ takes as its starting point a full colour drawing made by Paterson in response to his public commission for the new BBC headquarters at Pacific Quay in Glasgow. The resulting ‘Poised Array’ sculpture has become as distinct a landmark as the adjoining building. The original brief asked Paterson to make the entrance extraordinary and this particular work is a testimony to that success.
